How is working?

1. Register

If your hotel would like to offer Recoover service the first step is register your hotel/hotels ( when your hotel belongs a hotel group is available an account for all of them, being linked all the group hotel in the same account)

2. Private area

Once your hotel has been resgistered, it shall has access to its private area.

3. Request / incident log

When you staff find any customers' belongings once your customer checked out, your staff can open a request to comunicate the incident.

As well as, the customer could inform about the incident to the hotel through Recoover web or through hotel website.

4. Customer information

When the request is created your customer recieve automatically an email, informing him about his found belongings where you have been accommodation

5. Customer decision-making

When your customer recieve the request email, he can select between the following options:

1. Not belong to me

2. It belong to me but I don´t wish retrieve it; allowing to the hotel free availability or ordering that such item be destroyed or dropped following environmental standards

3. It belong to you and you would like recover it. Pick it up directly in the hotel ( personally or by an athorized person) or by courier. In this case, is the hotel who decides if is necessary an extra fee by the available service.
